We had three guests from CrossFit Munich today: Gregor, Thomas and Johannes. They are using CrossFit to stay in shape for their other passion, Parkour. Thanks for showing us some of your core strength movements, and enjoy your time in Switzerland!

Five rounds for time:

  • 300m run
  • 10 box jumps

    Lee Ann did good work on a scaled version of yesterdays WOD:

    * 250m row
    * Pushpress 10x with light bar
    * 1 length of lunges

    20 minutes, as many rounds as possible

    -> 6 rounds

    Dinos hunger for everything CrossFit is becoming scary, as he likes to do a second WOD after our first one. We will have to introduce an UPscaled version of the WODs for him ;-)
