Hi everyone,
Well I am alive. I have taken sometime out to visit family & friends and am now in Calgary for a bit.
I did my first workout at OPT on Monday.
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
5 deadlifts (60kgs)
5 burpees
100m run
I did 8 rounds
rest for 3 mins
row 1 km 4:54
It was gruelling but great to be back.
