		<description>Very timely article and video.  One of our trainers has suffered a very bad snowmobile accident and has shattered his pelvis among other injuries.  The surgeon said that if he wasn&#039;t in such good shape, the accident would have killed him.  I fully expect him to overcome his injury and use CrossFit as part of his rehabilitation.</description>
