Free Intro

Training at CrossFit Basel starts with your personal Intro-Session. Call us at +41 61 500 04 74 to schedule an appointment.

Your free one-on-one Intro covers the following:

  • Your goals and requirements
  • Introduction to CrossFit
  • Your first CrossFit-Workout

After the Intro you can choose a membership package which suits your needs and grants you access to our CrossFit classes.

We also offer personal training sessions, please inquire directly via phone to schedule an appointment.

You can try CrossFit at home

If you want to start immediately, try one of our daily workouts posted on our blog. This way you can experience an example of our training style. Our daily workouts are intended for elite athletes and are very intense, so we suggest that you adapt the workouts to your own situation.

Here are some tips when you are just starting out:

  • Focus on learning a good form in the beginning, leave the ego at the door.
    This is your best insurance against injuries.
  • Start easy and reduce repetitions / weight / distance as needed
  • Train consistently (e.g. 3 days on, 1 day off) and make training a habit
  • Increase the intensity after one month of consistent training

The intensity is by design and one reason that CrossFit is so effective.
